- Hi to all,
I here to learn how to grow my hair. I have subscribe to some sime but still so comfused. I hope many of you can share your regiment with me. I have not purmed my hair since i gave birth about 9 months ago and still don't have much grow.
I have learned a few stuff on youtube and GLH. I still don"t understand the co washing, bagging method, mn method. my edge are so thin. any suggestion. i have heard of castor oil, how do i use it/

Here my regiment i use mostly aphogee
-aphogee hair shampoo
-aphogee conditioner
-hot oil treatment
put oil on my scap every so often.
i have to say i don't wash my hair often. i usually only wash my hair when i take of my braids, so that's every 2 month or so - General Information
