I'm a natural (all my life) with 3c/4a hair.
Here's my (newer) hair care regimen:
Cowash, leave-in, seal and bun every two days
Straighten (every 2-3 months)
Trim (1x a year)
Protective styles: mostly buns or a jumbo twist pinned up
Lifestyle: I try to eat as healthily as possible, drink plenty of water, take my vitamins, exercise at least 5 times a week, get plenty of fresh air and sunlight, and get between 7-9 hours of sleep.
Hair goal: no set goal in mind....hopefully just keep on growing and growing...:)
