I'm a natural with 3c/4a hair

Here's my hair care regimen: New Regimen as of 9/09

-co-wash + deep condition + detangle 1x week
-airdry in ponytail using leave-in and heavy oil or butter
-clarify 1x a month/protein con 1x a month
-acv rinse w/herbs 2x a month
-pre-shampoo with oils and light con
-straighten (pressing comb/flat iron) 1x a month
-Moisturize and seal every 1-2 days
-Trims: dusting/trims every 3 months

I love scalp massages
My hair loves and benefits from protein treatments
My hair does not benefit from daily rinsing

-I try to eat as healthy as possible, drink plenty of water, take my vitamins, exercise at least 3 times a week, get plenty of fresh air and sunlight, and get between 7-9 hours of sleep.

***Hair goal: full, even, waistlength hair.......hopefully by 2010??? ***
