- Making life changes, including growing my hair. I've made the switch back to vegan and I already see the benefits. I've dropped several dress sizes, have more energy and I look and feel better.
I am currently 100% raw vegan but will likely maintain at 70%. I'm not sure, I'm really enjoying eating 100% so until the time comes that I no longer enjoy it or I lose too much more weight, I am going to keep it up.
