Okay guys, sometime in early December I went to a salon for a trim & ended up getting more like a cut!! Yeah, HUGE setback...so, that's why you don't see any pics for December, January, and probably most of February...Sorry guys...I'll definitely let you know when I'll have updates...

Hey guys! I finally put micros in my hair, and I must say, they didn't come out too well...I'll post pics soon!
Hair Regimen:
~Co-Wash daily
~Apply leave-in (Giovanni Direct or Infusium 23)
~Apply moisturizer (Care Free Curl Gold), but just a little bit throughout the entire head
~Add IC Fantasia gel to the front, back, and sides of my head (Not the entire head)
~Pull into a puff (99.9% of the time)

Hey guys! My albums are now LOCKED again; please feel free to "pm" me for my password!

As far as my hair is concerned...I am still dealing with dryness. I just did a protein treatment on 7/20 and now my hair feels really hard!! I conditioned it a few times afterwards w/ moisturizing conditioner, but it still feels very hard, so I'm pretty stuck now.

I am very frustrated w/ the length & lack of styling options. Therefore, I will be putting micro braids in my hair in a few weeks. This is ONE of the reasons why my albums will be locked. I will not be updating for the next few months b/c of the braids & school...

I also will be adding my regimen to the journal section & I'll add a product album, b/c I've been getting a lot of questions about what I currently use on my hair; which is not much...

Well, that's it for now...

I am here to document my hair journey from relaxed to natural. This will be my third time transitioning!! And this is the last time (I promise), I plan to big chop on May 10th, 2008. That will be a year after my last relaxer, and I can't wait! I must admit, it is a challenge for me because I've never seen how my natural hair looked. My mother permed my hair when I was 5, so I pretty much don't remember. lol

update: Hey girls, I finally did it! I BC'd yesterday (1/29/08)! I'm excited and scared at the very same time. lol I have noticed that my hair is extremely dry, so if anyone has any advice to give, regarding retaining moisture, that would really help....
