Hi, thanks for visiting my fotki. I decided to start my own album to help me with my hair AND weight. Updating for my hair and workout regimens for year 2009.

For the summer weather of 2009:
My hair regime:
-air drying
-combing for detangling purposes(mainly when hair is wet)

CO wash 5-7 days a week:
-Head and Shoulders Smooth n Silky Conditioner(itchy scalp)
-Freeman Seakelp Ultra Nourishing Smoothing Conditioner(my fav for protein)
-The Original Mane-n-Tail Conditioner(for moisturizing)
-Organic Root Stimulator Hair Mayo(very rarely use it, will probably use it more in the winter time).

Pre-poos:
-Any conditioner I have available(it depends on what my hair needs at that moment)

Protective styles:
-Cornrows
-banana clip
-ponytail w/ends tucked

Moisturizer:
-shea butter and EVOO mix(mainly put in when hair is wet, good for my 16wks post relaxed hair).
-The Original Mane-n-Tail Conditioner(can be used as a leave-in)

Relaxer:
-African Pride No-lye relaxer for coarse hair (usually every 5-6 months)

My weight-loss regime for year 2009(trying to start this up again):
-workout 30mins 3-4 days a week
-Do abs exercises 2 times a week
-3 sodas a week
-1-2 sugary foods a day, and eat little amounts of fattening dinners.
-Eat healthy alternative foods
-Increase my water intake
-eat more fruits and veggies

Vitamins/supplements:
-Take GNC Women's Ultra Mega Multivitamin daily
-Flaxseed oil capsules
