****I added a "Nappy Pioneers" album for the beautiful, innovative, inspirational women who aided me in my freedom.
My definition of my pioneer includes the women whom were there from Day 1 of my decision to transition. The woman that I consider the "founder" of Aussie Moist, etc. LOL...Ya'll know how I love my Aussie Moist! I would like to thank all of you beautiful ladies for your encouragement and love over the past year and 2 months (as of 8/1). God bless you all!*****

December 2008 Goal:
Front: Chin length stretched. I am determined to reach this goal! Ok...acceptable, top lip stretched:-)
Back: Shoulder blade length (un-stretched)....DRY.
Current:
Sides: barely past ear lobe (un-stretched, dry)
Front: 1/2 inch from eyebrow (un-stretched, dry)
Back: 1/4 inch post nape (unstretched, dry)

Well...where do I begin?....I BC'd on 6/1/07 (with roughly 2-2.5 inches of growth), against the instruction of my colleagues and family members. I must truthfully say that I have enjoyed my journey!
Sadly, it's common for people to criticize things that they have never experienced. I thank God that I am a woman of courage and of a sound mind. I have never been a follower, but a leader......I love myself from the inside out....it's time for ALL sistas to feel the same way.
I would like to thank all of the BEAUTIFUL, nappy sistas whom have shown me nothing less than unconditional love, compassion, and understanding through this new phase in my life.
