Hi everyone,
I finally figured out how to use this site. I am just starting out with my album so here is my current experimental regimen
My ultimate goal is to have long healthy waist length hair
I relax my hair every 3 to 4 months
I wash my hair 2 times a week which is usually every Monday and Friday.
Pre-Poo
I prepoo every with ORS Mayo, Evoo, and Lekair Cholesterol. After I saturate my hair I place my hot turbie twist over my hair (I run hot water on it to get it hot) place a plastic cap over it and sit under a heating cap for 30 to 45 minutes
Shampoo
I shampoo with Keracare Dry itchy shampoo
Pre-Condition
After I shampoo I use Keracare Dry itchy conditioner on my scalp for 5 minutes then rinse out
Conditioner
I then apply Keracare Humecto conditioner to my towel dried hair place the hot turbie twist on my hair again and plactic cap and just do chores around the house for about an hour or so
I then rinse out the conditioner and with dripping wet hair I apply infusium to my hair and then Keracare leave in or flat ironing cream.
I then air dry my hair and followup up with flat iron
My challenge will be to roller set my hair going forward, we'll see how that works out, and trying the silk wrap treatment
DAILY MOISTURIZING
I moisturize my hair every night with Keracare hairdress concentrating on the ends
BEDTIME
*Sleep with a satin scarf tied around my head and put a satin sleep cap on over it.
