Its goin on 4 months....
I'm havin a lil set back in my bottom left kitchen area so i CUT IT... now im tryn 2 leave my hands outta my hair 4 a while & see where that gets me. Only thing ive been doin is washin and conditioning my hair nothin else (after my gel and cantu experiment that went terribly wrong) and ive realized the fur feels tons better w/o all the crap.

STILL N NEED OF SUGGESTIONS 4 MY CONFUSED FUR!!!

as for a regimen... i dont do 2 much. I cowash like everyday/every other day depending on how lazy i am that week, but no longer than a week w/o it. I wash w/ my shikakai soap when i remember or i have a lil product experimentation. Detangle w/ my shower comb then sometimes my denman w/ conditioner, top w/ coconut oil, then air dry. I use suave naturals coconut conditioner, mane & tail conditioner, and herbal essences hello hydration. THATS IT!!!... & oh yea i GOTTA spray my hair everyday w/ infusium 23 mixed w/ water. a must!!! my fro is always smashed when i wake up

MAR 6, 2009---did a much needed trim cuz i was still havin trouble w/ that damn spot behind my left ear!!! also i had sum single strand knots!!! i was like a woman possessed lol... well now i feel so much better & im dedicating myself to keeping my hair super moisturized. I also bought sum KCCC gotta try it out after i get tired of my not so straight straight hair. i need a new & improved flat iron... SUGGESTIONS IM DESPERATE ABOUT KNOIN BOUT EVERYTHING I MENTIONED

does anyone think i should cut the front of my hair since it is just wavy & lifeless? do you think its heat damage, or is it just the texture of the front of my hair? i need sum input cuz we kno im scissor happy lol
