This year has been so full of changes, its time to do something different.
A new year, a new me.
I started to transition in earlier 2008, but after 5 months i went back to the lye. By September of that year id officially decided to do whatever it took to stop depending on relaxers. Id seen a pic of myself at age 11 (i started perming at age 12) with this huge fro and then i looked at a recent pic and my ends were completely breaking and my hair was basically unhealthy. After about four months of transitioning i finally BCed. In my bathroom. Myself. I knew that when i finally hit the BC mark, for me there would be no turning back. Now almost 3months after BCing im still learning and adapting to what my hair wants and needs, but this is one change that i would never even have to think twice about.
