- I decided to list my regimen here and I just tweeked it a little so here it is.
Regimen
I wash my hair in 9 braids rinse, condish, rinse, apply s-curl and crisco to my ends.
I take my braids out in the morning for a braid out
every nite I braid 9 braids and take them out in the morning. I will do this all week until friday (my wash day)
If my hair smells during the week I will do a co wash with the braids in.
That is basicly it, sometimes I will switch between a braidout/twistout but that is pretty much my regimen. - General Information
