The average healthy persons hair grows about 1/2 inch of hair each month. However, there are some people who can achieve an inch of hair growth per month (12 inches per year). There is also the factor of the resting phase in hair growth cycle--for some it is more or less than 2 months. This is all pre-determined by genetics so there is nothing that can be done to alter your growth rate significantly. Take good care of your hair. Also, eat a healty diet and DRINK PLENTY OF WATER!!!!!!! REMEMBER: Everything that you put in your mouth, will affect your skin and hair.
