- I am a 26 year old woman striving to love my true curls, wave, and naps. I am in the transition stages and would love any advice to help me along the way. I love this site and I am getting so many new ideas.
Update: I have been transitioning lately with bi-weekly press style. I will discontinue this process for now because I am becoming too dependent on having straight hair and have no idea what to do with my hair in between salon visits.
I plan to wear braids/twist from July 2007 to January 2008.
***Update***: I transitioned for 11 months 22 days. My plan was to transition for one year and as far as I'm concerned I did it! No TWA here...I have a head full of natural, thick, course, curls/naps/kinks. I am excited about the road ahead with 100% Natural Hair.
